Phantastik-News - "Godzilla": Nachschub für Deutschland

Das Label Splendid hat die deutschen DVD-Rechte an fünf neueren "Godzilla"-Filmen ab dem Jahr 2000 erworben.

23. "Godzilla 2000 - Millennium"
24. "Godzilla vs. Megaguirus"
25. "Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack"
26. "Godzilla against Mechagodzilla"
27. "Godzilla - Tokyo S.O.S.

Die Filme sollen noch dieses Jahr veröffentlicht werden.

Unklar ist, welche Version Slendid bei "Godzilla 2000" veröffentlichen wird. Die US-Fassung ist ca. 10 Minuten kürzer, als die japanische Fassung.
Mit der Veröffentlichung der fünf Filme würde die 28-teilige "Godzilla"-Film-Serie von Toho fast vollständig in deutscher Sprache vorliegen. Es fehlen dann nur noch zwei alte Filme:

05. "Ghidra, The Three-Headed Monster"
10. "Godzilla's Revenge"
